Hi, I’m Celeste and I have always had a love for baking. But it wasn’t until I had to start eating gluten free that I really fell in love with baking.

When I first started eating gluten free after being diagnosed medically, it was quite daunting. I felt lost - how can I not eat my favourite cake or brownie baked goods anymore? Most people who see or hear that something is gluten free would run away and not even think about eating it, because truthfully, they probably don't taste very nice. I will admit, I have also tasted some products that are really not tasty and not up to standard at all.  After going through all of these horrible experiences, I told myself 'why should eating gluten-free mean having to eat unpalatable baked goods?'

So I made it my aim to bake the best gluten-free cakes, so good that you can’t tell the difference.
